I’ve been so spoiled lately by several of my brides and grooms choosing Thanksgiving Point as the location for their engagement photos. It is so beautiful there! This particular engagement session was during the Tulip Festival. Combine that with an adorable couple and we’ve got the makings of a wonderful evening!
I met Amber my freshman year of college. I remember thinking that she is the nicest person who ALWAYS has a smile on her face! My first impression was absolutely correct. She and Nathan are both some of the happiest, kindest people I’ve met.
Amber & Nathan met in high school marching band. She played the flute and he played just about every instrument you can think of. They lost touch for a few years until she spotted him walking past while they were both at the University of Utah. She got his attention and they struck up a conversation. A few weeks later they went on their first date!
Nathan proposed at Red Butte Gardens on their anniversary in November. The two of them love to go hiking, paddleboarding, country dancing, and trying new things together. Their favorite thing about their relationship is how much they laugh together. I have to agree. That’s my favorite thing about them, too.
Congratulations, Amber & Nathan! Thanks for all of the fun and laughter you bring. I can’t wait for your wedding in August!
