Anniversary Photoshoot In Salt Lake City | The Machados

If you’ve been married for several years, then we have a quick question for you and your spouse. How often do you get pictures taken of just the two of you? If you’re like most couples, then it probably doesn’t happen very often. That’s why we love the idea of an anniversary photoshoot! Keep scrolling to check out their anniversary photoshoot in Salt Lake City, Utah!

Emily and Spencer Machado were married 10 years ago on May 5th in the Houston, Texas Temple. Even though they have since moved to Utah, Emily saw some pictures of a wedding in Houston that Tasha had photographed and decided she wanted Tasha to photograph their anniversary photoshoot in Salt Lake City. Right from the beginning, these two were a dream to work with!

The Thomas S. Monson building in Salt Lake City, Utah was the ideal location for these classy, elegant photos. It worked as the most picturesque backdrop with Emily’s two beautiful dresses. One of these is actually Emily’s original wedding dress, which looked just as stunning 2 kids and 10 years later. Emily had reached out to Tasha for hair and makeup recommendations before the photoshoot. Of course Tasha suggested going to Elyssa Anderson or Marisa Rose, two of our favorite stylists to work with. And Emily’s look was flawless!

Tasha loved this photo session! Emily and Spencer are still completely in love, and if they’d told us they’d just gotten married, we would’ve believed them. Tasha also enjoyed visiting with them about different things they have in common (like a love for California’s Sidecar Donuts). This anniversary photoshoot in Salt Lake City just could not have gone better! Don’t you agree?!

We would LOVE to photograph a special anniversary session for you and your spouse! Please contact Tasha to book your session—spots fill up fast. To view more of our work, follow us on Instagram.
