Classic Wedding at the Thomas S. Monson Center and Salt Lake Temple || Salt Lake City, Utah

I am the luckiest photographer in the world because I am constantly blessed with the sweetest, most thoughtful couples! Evie & Keltson were no exception. The first time I met them, they took me out to dinner so we could get to know each other. They both really value their wedding photography and were so happy to finally be getting married!

Evie & Keltson met in the Czech Republic. She was there with her parents while they served as mission president. Keltson was there on his mission. The two of them ran into each other a few years later while at Brigham Young University, and they started dating.

While they were dating, Evie decided that she wanted to serve a mission as well. She was called to serve in Spain. Keltson bought her a watch that he had engraved with the words “I love you” in both Czech and Spanish. She wore it on their wedding day. The watch had stopped working, so she had it set permanently to the time of their sealing. It was so sweet!

The couple’s reception took place the night before the wedding at the Thomas S. Monson Center in downtown Salt Lake City. It’s such a beautiful building. It was a wonderful evening filled with so much love and fun! Both the bride and groom’s families were so kind and welcoming. Evie & Keltson collect pins, so they designed a special pin featuring the Salt Lake Temple and their wedding date which they gave to all of their guests as favors. Mine has a special place of honor in my home.

Congratulations, Evie & Keltson! I’m honored to have been a part of your wedding day. I’m so glad you’re finally married!
